Melissa Hardesty To All Instructors
Melissa Hardesty is the mother of three kids currently enrolled at Anchor and one who will be taking college classes next year. She is beginning her 13th year of homeschooling and has taught PreK, Kindergarten, Carpentry, Set Design, and STEM. She believes that sharing her faith in Jesus as Lord and Savior and helping students see the world through a Biblical lens is a blessing and enjoys it immensely. Melissa has always been fascinated by Earth Science and is excited for the opportunity to teach it this year. Along with homeschooling, she is also the Director of Children's Ministry at Friendship Community Baptist Church. She is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health with a dual emphasis in Childhood and Adolescent Disorders and Trauma at Grand Canyon University.
